With a profound commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, she brings a wealth of experience to our primary care office. Having completed her medical training at Albany Medical College, and residency at St Elizabeth Medical Center, Dr Mattern is board-certified in family medicine for over 30 years and has demonstrated a proven track record of excellent patient care.
